At WAFUU JAPAN, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return.
Approval & Instructions
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Japanese warehouse return address.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original box with all tags attached, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection & Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
