Compass-style circle cutter for clean, precise circles in thin materials such as paper, vinyl, and film. Cuts diameters from 1–15 cm (approx. 0.4–5.9 in). Includes an anti-puncture plate to prevent pinholes; when using the plate, the cuttable diameter range is 4–15 cm (approx. 1.6–5.9 in).
The protective cap stores five spare blades and the anti-puncture plate for easy transport. Uses replaceable blades. Durable construction: body (shaft) made of ABS resin with steel wire, arm of glass-fiber-reinforced AS resin, and blade of alloy tool steel.
