Safety Warning
During hot and humid weather or depending on storage conditions after opening, a white floating substance (yeast) may appear. This is harmless to the human body. If yeast is present, strain the product with gauze to remove it, then heat and turn off the heat just before boiling for use in cooking. Store in a cool place, preferably in a refrigerator, avoiding hot and humid areas like under the kitchen sink.
